Hi! I’m Alison
Over the years I have been on a journey, working with mentors, trainers, learning, growing and navigating this wild thing called life. I have had the honor to work with many people facing all kinds of challenges as I also made my way through my challenges because let’s be clear, we all face challenges in life.
I have worked in schools, with homeless and formerly homeless women, cancer patients, their family and friends, and as a therapist for 14 years working with people that had a willingness and desire to challenge that which challenged them. I have loved seeing the light reemerge in their lives and relationships as they began to take off the constraints of sadness, worry, a silenced voice or loss.
Over the last 26 years of my life I have struggled with constant fatigue and continuous chronic pain with an eventual diagnosis of chronic fatigue syndrome. I found the beginnings of relief from CFS/ME through the mind-body coaching community and growing emotional well-being through the blending of Brené Brown’s wholehearted research and Abigail Morgon’s Mind-Body Magic Coach training.
Called to let go of many things I wanted and practicing how to accept what is, in each moment, my mantra became a Joseph Campbell quote.
